This is my dream business…to provide a place to nestle on and live in a place called home. Apartments are made for families who do not have a house to settle in, or whose house is under construction. Personally, I really find this business very enticing. All you got to have is a substantial amount of money to purchase your own lot and build your idea of home. It doesn’t have to be a fancy place. All it takes is a nice garage, modest and cozy rooms, an organized kitchen, and a small area behind to do the last touches on some stuff like laundry, backyard cooking or roasting, etc. Rental rates may vary depending on its location, dimension, and apartment amenities. Talking about personnel, it is indeed cost-effective because it only needs a person in-charge for the vicinity’s maintenance, and paper works can be done by the owner himself. Payment scheme depends on the convenience and security of the owner. Some require their occupants to pay two months deposit and one month advance. Quite a few make use of their occupants’ checking accounts where they necessitate them to issue postdated checks as a form of security. A friend of mine explained this principle. It’s not merely because you are certain that payments will be received on those months, but the fact that checking accounts entail a considerably large amount of money, which implies that the occupant’s money and earnings are not just hand-to-mouth.
I’m definite that it may take some time, effort, and a so-called uphill struggle to venture in this kind of business. But nothing is impossible with dedication and perseverance.
